One of the possibilities is to preview the print, the other is to send the resulting file by e-mail, for example, to your boss. In addition, in the "Downsample bitmaps to" option, you can control the quality of the "printed" images, so as not to inflate the size of the final file in vain. The more DPI in this option, the larger the file size will be. Well, the Advanced button allows you to define a list of fonts embedded in any print. With FinePrint pdfFactory you can print from any Windows application that supports print mode. To do this, you just need to select File > Print (or File > Print in English versions of the programs) and specify FinePrint pdfFactory as the printer.
